Trainer+ can provide us with a modern way of selling Personal Training and also provide a way of interacting with the newer generation of young adults who are mostly online or using apps on their phones constantly. They have been very helpful and gracious of their time working with us to set up and also provide marketing material, graphic design, information and 'sales' seminars for our Personal Trainers, so much so that it feels as though Trainer+ is one of us in Recreation. We are receiving several requests for a Trainer through Trainer+.  It helps us reach out to more students/members, which is a huge part of our strategic plan… to engage more students/staff/faculty/alumni/community members. Trainer+ provides us with additional ways to serve our members who are interested in Personal Training.

Tracking members’ progress has been a big challenge for us in the past, but Trainer+ has afforded us the ability to track member’s performance with a creative fitness program delivery platform. It was apparent to us from the beginning that Nick and Chelsey [the Trainer+ team] were interested in providing us with a solution that was specific to our needs. They have hosted webinars and one on one training to ensure that we were comfortable with the platform. Our Trainers can also call them for additional support at any time. Using Trainer+ has improved our professionalism in our program design and delivery, and we are now seeing an increasing number of members tracking their workouts with Trainer+ in our gym.
