What if I don’t want to track my workout, I just want exercises?
That’s ok too, we even have instructions and videos if you are not sure the proper technique. You can always download the ExerGuide and just use it to find exercises as you need them. Find substitutes based on equipment or new variations for a certain muscle. It’s free and does not require a sign up.
