An online Pro Portal gives you a view of client activity patterns and in just minutes per week send messages to 100s of clients, acknowledging their efforts or intervening when they need it most.
For your clients, GGF provides a free phone or online app backed by 24 behavioral change tools, where they master scheduling self-efficacy while receiving supportive messages from you, their fitness provider!
Even better, GGF places participating fitness professionals in front of local healthcare professionals and app users, so you can extend your reach to people who are looking to get active.
The Trainer Plus platform creates new ways for users to interact with fitness content and support from qualified fitness professionals in more affordable and accessible ways. Users can discover exercises and workouts in the Fitness+ and Health+ mobile apps, and request support from a personal trainer. Once provided a program, users can track their workouts and assessments in the Trainer+ mobile app, view progress and results, and get changes, notifications and notes from their trainer on an ongoing basis.
For personal trainers and gyms, Trainer Plus provides a web application where they can create workout programs and manage clients. Paired with the Trainer+ mobile app, trainers can assign, view, track and update workout programs and assessments, view progress and results, and manage follow up with clients. The platform creates new ways to provide content and support services so that you can help more people to their fitness goals.
How It Works for Users
To get started, users are signed up by their healthcare professional to the GoGet.Fit app (1/2). They then choose their path to get active, whether self-directed or with the help of a fitness provider that they or their healthcare professional can find on GoGet.Fit (3/4). They are provided various options, which includes getting free exercises and workouts from the Trainer Plus apps, or getting a customized paid program from a Trainer Plus Health Pro that they can then track, and the fitness provider can manage and send ongoing changes through Trainer Plus.
How It Works for Fitness Professionals
The partnership between GoGet.Fit and Trainer Plus creates new opportunities for fitness professionals to support potential clients coming from healthcare. They can use the GoGet.Fit Pro Portal to communicate with a large range of clients to keep them motivated and provide timely intervention when needed. They can also use the Trainer Plus platform to assign and oversee workout programs for those clients that decide to make paid programming a part of their activity plan.
